Calvary’s Marriage & Family Ministry offers various opportunities that can enrich your family relationship, equip you for ministry to others and connect you with others who care about you and your family. Many of our current opportunities and resources are included below with more to be added in the weeks ahead.

In the Community
In addition to providing enriching and equipping opportunities at Calvary, our staff is working to implement a Family Enrichment Initiative in Forsyth County. This Initiative is designed to provide Christ-centered resources to the families of our community.
The Family Enrichment Initiative will include a website offering family and marriage opportunities, faith-based counselors and additional resources in our community. This initiative is also working to organize certain events such as Community Date Nights.

MENTORING
Couple to Couple Mentoring
Have you or your spouse ever wished you had someone to talk to … someone other than your in-laws or your friends at the gym … someone who’s a little farther down the road and has (successfully) walked through some of the realities you are now facing? Then we encourage you to consider meeting a mentor couple.
Trained mentor couples don’t have all the answers, and they sure haven’t done it all right. But mentor couples “do know a thing or two because they’ve seen a thing or two,” and they enjoy the opportunity of walking with others through the ups and downs of life and marriage.

Woman 2 Woman Mentoring
We were not meant to do life alone. We were created to be part of a community. Titus 2:3-5 encourages women to connect with other women, to share life experiences and walk side by side in the faith journey.
Woman2Woman is a mentoring ministry designed to 1) provide training for women with a desire to reach out across generations, 2) help women understand and embrace the differences between generations, and 3) create favorable environments where we can share life together.
If you would like to connect with a woman of mature, authentic faith to encourage you as you navigate both day to day and difficult seasons of life, or if you feel God leading you to invest in other women, please contact a team member by email at woman2woman@calvarynow.com.
Single Moms Mentoring
As Single Moms ourselves, we can relate to the challenges you face and understand how difficult it can be to find balance in your daily lives. Our goal is to meet you where you are and to positively impact, encourage, and inspire the lives of other single moms.
We would like to be part of your Unique Journey! In addition to weekly classes (with childcare) and monthly social meetings, we are available to engage in one-on-one conversations about the issues that matter to you.

Group Leader Training
Marriage and Family Groups Leader Training
Are you looking for ways to encourage other couples in their marriage? Have you ever considered leading a small group, either at Calvary or in your home? Would you like to be trained to lead a marriage enrichment group? If you answered Yes to any of these questions, then we encourage you to join us for our Small Group Leaders Training.
This leader training will introduce you to the different types of groups, explore the characteristics of a healthy group, and provide you with tools to effectively lead your group participants deeper in their relationships with God and others. This training will also consider some of the unique factors related to leading marriage enrichment small groups.

Calvary has a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who want to be a blessing to the other healthcare professionals of our community. This team is providing:
